Taco Grill and Salsa Bar is a family owned and operated restaurant that prides itself on serving authentic Mexican dishes using generations-old family recipes. Taco Grill only uses fresh produce and high-quality meats cut in-house and marinated for at least eight hours before being prepared on a charcoal burning grill. Each dish is prepared to order for you, our friends and family!

Since 2001

Taco Grill and Salsa Bar opened its doors on January 3, 2001 by Chef Jose Oliver and his wife Ivonne. Chef Jose has decades of culinary experience which include cooking for restaurants, hotel and conference centers, and most importantly, his family and friends. It’s his passion to serve the finest and freshest food using the recipes he remembers growing up in Mexico.
